Affirmations Designed to Reprogram Your Mindset
Revision
In some of our affirmations, we use a powerful technique called “revision,” which involves using words like “always” to suggest that your new beliefs have always been true, even in the past. This helps reframe your experiences, making it easier for your subconscious mind to fully accept these positive changes as part of your story. By revising your past, you rewrite your reality, creating a deeper shift in your mindset and aligning with the life you truly desire.
Askfirmations
We also incorporate a powerful technique called “Askfirmations” in our meditations. This approach involves framing affirmations as questions, like "Why am I confident and worthy?" The reason for using questions is that they lower the resistance your subconscious mind might have to new beliefs. When you ask empowering questions, it feels more natural for your mind to search for answers, making it easier for your subconscious to accept and believe the affirmation as truth. This method promotes a smoother, faster shift in your mindset, creating lasting transformation aligned with your goals.
Emotion
Another powerful technique we use in our affirmations involves connecting deeply with emotions. Starting an affirmation with phrases like "I’m so happy" or "I’m so grateful" helps trigger positive emotions right away. This emotional connection is key because when you feel the affirmation, your subconscious mind believes it more easily. Emotions are the language of the subconscious, and by pairing powerful feelings with affirmations, you make them even more impactful. This emotional engagement speeds up the process of reprogramming, allowing you to internalize these new beliefs faster and with more certainty.
Placebo
The placebo effect in affirmations ties simple actions to positive outcomes, making them feel more powerful. For example, saying "Every time I step outside, I feel more energized and confident" links an everyday action (stepping outside) with a positive result (increased energy and confidence). Now, every time you step outside, your subconscious will associate the action with more energy and confidence, helping to strengthen the new belief more quickly.
Core Affirmations: Safety, Confidence, and Worthiness
Each meditation includes core affirmations focusing on safety, confidence, and worthiness—essential beliefs needed to support lasting transformation. Depending on the topic, some meditations may include all three, or just one or two, to help you create the foundation needed for change.

Getting the Most Out of Your Meditation
Easy steps to start your transformation today. To reprogram your subconscious mind, aim to do the meditation at least once a day for about 30 days, or until your new mindset becomes automatic. Repetition is key, so doing the meditation more than once a day can accelerate the process and help your new beliefs become your daily assumptions and thoughts more quickly. How much or how little you need to do this meditation depends on how deeply programmed your old beliefs are.


Step 2: Focus on the Kaleidoscope
Start the meditation and turn your phone horizontally so the kaleidoscope patterns take up the whole screen. Keep your eyes open and focus on the shifting patterns. As you do this, your brain will enter an alpha state, making your subconscious mind more receptive to change. This is the fastest and easiest way to reprogram your beliefs and mindset.
Step 3: Absorb the Affirmations
As you focus on the kaleidoscope patterns, listen closely to the affirmations. Let them sink deeply into your subconscious mind, reprogramming your beliefs and mindset. While it's not required, allowing yourself to feel the positive emotions that the affirmations evoke can help accelerate the process. Trust the experience—your subconscious is fully receptive, working to align with your new mindset for lasting transformation.

You can do the meditation anywhere—at home, on the train, in a coffee shop, during your lunch break, or while waiting for an appointment. Just make sure you won’t be disturbed for the next 10 minutes, so you can fully focus on the meditation and its powerful effects.
